Do you have hands-on experience supervising factory teams and delivering high-quality builds on time? If so, this could be your next career move. We are working with a well-established holiday home manufacturer in Hull who are looking for a Production Line Manager to oversee their production teams and support Team Leaders on the factory floor.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and motivate production teams on the factory floor

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous supervisory or production management experience, ideally in caravans, holiday homes, or modular manufacturing
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good computer skills
