Factory Operative (Nights)

On behalf of our client we have immediate and exciting opportunities for experienced factory/manufacturing operatives. Working NIGHTS, on a 4-on/4-off shift pattern, in a clean, non-food, factory environment, these positions are intended to lead to permanent! Benefits: £13.79 per hour! 4-on/4-off shift pattern 12-hour shifts, 6pm to 6am. Non-food Temp-to-perm – offering a secure future! Opportunities to progress Weekly pay On site Parking The Role: Assisting machine operators Training to operate production machinery Packing and palletising finished product Quality checking of finished product Completing of all necessary paperwork (after training) Requirements: A good background in factory/manufacturing roles Conscientious and reliable Quality-driven and a desire to succeed A real team player Ability to work 12-hour nights on a 4-on/off pattern.
