Night Shift Production Operatives – Summer Opportunities
Location: Bridlington
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Duration: Approximately 8 weeks (Summer Contract)
Our client, a well-established food manufacturer based in Bridlington, is looking for Night Shift Production Operatives to join their team for a busy summer period. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain full-time work with immediate starts available.
Pay: £12.71 per hour plus £12.00 night shift allowance for every full shift completed. This equates to an effective hourly rate of £14.36 when the full shift is worked.
The Role: This is a physically demanding position within a food production environment, manufacturing non-meat and non-fish products. Duties include:
- Loading and lifting trays onto production racks.
- General production line duties.
- Packing and handling food products.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Working efficiently to production targets.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
About You: We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to working the full contract.
- Able to work night shifts on a Sunday to Thursday rota.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous factory or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
