Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:45pm – 10:00pm
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Key Operative / Line Leader to join our busy food production team in Bridlington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a food manufacturing environment who is ready to take responsibility for leading a production line or area and ensuring targets, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting a production line/area to achieve daily production targets.
- Supervising and motivating a small team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Assisting with line set-up, changeovers, and resolving minor production issues.
- Working closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure the smooth running of production.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
- Previous Line Leader, Team Leader, or Key Operative experience is desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to lead by example and work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a hands-on approach to work.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 1:45pm – 10:00pm
Pay:
- Starting rate of £13.21 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to £13.76 per hour for the right candidate, depending on experience and performance.
- An additional £8 shift premium is paid for each full shift worked, making the equivalent rate up to £14.24 per hour when the full shift is completed.
