KFM are recruiting for a Despatch Operative based a short walk from the centre of Hull. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with a well-established company, offering stability and the chance to go permanent.

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shifts on weekly rotation (8:30-16:30 / 9:30-17:30 / 10:00-18:00)
  • Overtime available at pay
  • Weekly pay

The Role:

  • Picking orders from floor-level pick points only
  • Operating lifting and handling equipment (Power Pallet Trucks and Hand Pallet Trucks)
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy using warehouse systems
  • Ensuring the workplace is kept safe, clean, and organised
  • Supporting team staffing levels by working required shifts
  • Following all Health & Safety requirements

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch role
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Flexible and reliable with shift work
  • UK Driving Licence beneficial (not essential)
