The Role
⦁ Operating machinery and packing products.
⦁ Manual handling and working on production lines.
⦁ Carrying out basic quality and safety checks.
⦁ Following all health & safety and hygiene procedures.
⦁ General housekeeping and “clean as you go” duties.
⦁ 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights – 12-hour shifts).
The Candidate
⦁ Previous factory or production experience is an advantage but not essential.
⦁ Counterbalance Forklift is advantageous
⦁ Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player.
⦁ Flexible and willing to learn different tasks within the factory.
