About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑established food manufacturing company based in the HU3 area. This role is within a frozen food production environment; however, the factory is maintained at a comfortable working temperature thanks to specialist equipment, providing a clean and pleasant working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Operative looking for a long‑term position with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
- Ensuring all products meet required food safety and quality standards
- Completing and maintaining accurate QA documentation and paperwork
- Product testing- hourly
- Monitoring hygiene and compliance with company procedures
- Reporting any issues or non‑conformances to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally within food manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Good understanding of food safety and quality standards
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
