On behalf of our client, we have immediate and exciting opportunities for Reach Truck Operatives to join a supportive and friendly Goods Out department for ongoing work, based in the Brough area. This role begins with day shifts for training, progressing to night shifts thereafter.
- £14.04 per hour on night shifts (18:00-06:00)
- Monday to Thursday schedule, offering a three-day weekend
- Opportunity to secure permanent employment
- Established and well-organised Goods Out operation
- Supportive supervisory team
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders manually
- Conducting final quality checks before products leave the site
- Performing stock checks, rotation, and organisation
- Assisting with stock storage methods, solutions, and compliance with regulations
- Unloading inbound shipments efficiently
- Adhering to health and safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintaining general warehouse cleanliness and order
Requirements:
- Valid Reach Truck licence is essential
- Counterbalance licence is desirable but not mandatory
- Previous experience in warehouse or Goods Out roles is preferred
- Reliable, diligent, and capable of working with accuracy
- Good understanding of health and safety practises
