At KFH we are looking for a senior prime property manager to manage our Prime Central London portfolios and clients, joining our Lettings Property Management team in Wimbledon.
Are you ARLA Property Mark/NFOPP qualified? Do you have experience managing portfolios for key clients and forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities of a Senior Prime Property Manager include:
- To manage a portfolio of high value properties or properties owned by our key clients, offering an unrivalled customer experience.
- Report and communicate with clients and tenants, with confidence, presenting recommendations and solutions.
- Manage ad-hoc private clients.
- To collate and provide client reports.
- Frequently visit properties to view any issues and meet with contractors, clients and tenants.
- Continually review and manage the performance of your portfolio against client requirements, KFH’s KPIs and the tenancy agreement.
