As a senior lettings negotiator, you will play a key role in helping tenants find suitable properties, working closely with landlords from marketing to negotiation, tenancy progression, and final move-in day. Providing exceptional customer service to applicants, landlords, and other parties will be central to your role. You will report to our Branch Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing applicants daily
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Keeping landlords informed on all matters
- Negotiating offers
- Collecting holding deposits and tenancy monies
- Overseeing tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
- Ensuring legal compliance on offers
- Providing high levels of customer service
