Do you have extensive experience in Central London as a Branch Director or Manager of a busy office? Have you experience of growing a Central London office and successfully managing a dynamic team? We have a residential sales Branch Director position available to take over and run one of our vibrant London teams. As a branch director you will play a key part in proactively maximising business opportunities within the branch and across the Division, and developing a sales team offering exceptional customer service to your buyers and vendors, along with our solicitors, mortgage consultants and other parties.
You will report to our Regional Director.
Responsibilities of a sales branch director include:
- Maximise the revenue opportunities
- Ensure the company’s customer service standards are of the highest at all times
- Support your team members by providing timely and appropriate advice and guidance
- Provide advice and guidance on relevant legislation as required
- Ensure your branch is operating at the highest level of compliance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Work with the Regional Director to agree an annual business plan and regular quarterly targets
- Report accurately on your branch’s performance
