What’s the role?
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll lead the onsite relationship management function, ensuring properties are maintained, compliant, and meet client KPIs. You’ll oversee onboarding, defect management, inspections, and tenant engagement. You’ll also provide KPI data to leadership and support the development of community initiatives, acting as a key ambassador for the Simple Life London brand.
