Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Services Consultant to join our Client Services team in Wimbledon. Using our databases you will review past valuations and qualify potential clients to secure high‑quality valuation appointments for our branch network across London. Working closely with our Branch Directors you will be integral in growing our market share in sales and lettings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review past valuations and withdrawn stock databases
  • Qualify potential clients and schedule valuation appointments
  • Record activity on database software
  • Deliver high standards of customer service
  • Initiate contact with past buyers and follow up on commitments
