At KFH we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Lettings Management team in Wimbledon., We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, working in collaboration and achieving the right results with integrity.

What's the role?

As a Relationship Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties under your care meet all legal and contractual obligations while delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll manage a portfolio of properties, coordinate maintenance, and resolve tenancy issues with high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key tasks will involve

  • Managing property visits and inspections
  • Coordinating safety checks and compliance documentation
  • Handling maintenance requests and contractor appointments
  • Resolving tenancy issues and deposit disputes
