A great opportunity for an experienced Driver Trainer to join our distribution and logistics team at our Kent Frozen Foods Depot based in Aylesford, Kent. Working as part of the Transport department's training team, you will be involved in a varied role, from training our drivers in the classroom to on-road assessments and training. You will be joining a small team that keeps our network running, ensuring we deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers.
Having a ROSPA qualification is essential, and an AET qualification is desirable. You should have recent HGV driving experience (preferably multi-drop experience). The successful Driver Trainer will have an eye for accuracy, be a people person, and be computer literate. A willingness to be flexible in order to cover the department's training needs across all shifts is also important.
