Employment Type: Part-time
Working Hours: 25 hours per week, 1 pm to 6 pm, any 5 out of 7 days (primarily Monday–Friday)
Salary: £13.44 per hour plus benefits
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the wider team, managers and multiple departments to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Report to the Transport Supervisor, de‑brief drivers and measure delivery performance to ensure the smooth running of the transport operation.
- Manage and maintain both paper and digital records.
- Answer incoming calls and emails for customers and drivers.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints, investigate and process credits with returning drivers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience (beneficial).
- Strong IT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SAP, Chorus preferred.
- Training provided for required skills.
