Salary £32,000 per annum plus a great range of benefits
Working hours 8.30 till 17.00 with flexibility to train night colleagues 18.45 till 3.15
40 Hours per week
In this role, you’ll succeed by helping everyone else do the same. You’ll give your driver and warehouse colleagues the knowledge and skills they need to do their jobs safely and brilliantly. This means sharing training on everything from our culture and customer commitment to food safety, warehouse processes and wellbeing. You’ll work with department leaders too, to identify any other training their teams need.
Responsibilities
- Provide training to drivers and warehouse colleagues on culture, customer commitment, food safety, warehouse processes and wellbeing.
- Deliver training content and sessions that enable colleagues to perform their roles safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify additional training needs and develop appropriate programs.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across the warehouse.

- An experienced trainer with a background of working in a warehouse environment.
- A passion for providing excellent training to colleagues of every level.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate and build relationships with all kinds of people.
- An understanding of GDPR and record-keeping regulations.
