A satisfying role: Put simply, your focus will be to deliver excellence for our customers, our business and everyone around you. Accountable for everything from team engagement and site performance to efficiency and budgets, you’ll shape plans that drive change and develop the team. You’ll actively create a safe and efficient working environment where colleagues feel included and can do their jobs brilliantly. Crucially, you’ll also drive the performance of leaders across the warehouse and transport operations.
What you bring to the mix: Having successfully led a large, fast-paced supply chain or logistics operation before, you’ve got everything needed to thrive in this role:
