The role
As a Team Member, you will welcome customers, take and prepare orders, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly.
You will support customers with in store kiosks and digital ordering, making the process simple and stress free.
You will work as part of a close knit team, helping manage busy periods, reduce waiting times, and ensure customers feel looked after.
You will handle issues and complaints calmly and professionally, escalating where needed.
What we are looking for
- A friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Confidence dealing with customers and working as part of a team.
- Ability to stay calm and proactive in a fast paced environment.
- Comfort using digital systems and technology.
- No previous experience is required, as full training is provided.
Contract and pay
Full time role.
