About the Apprenticeship
Graduates of the Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship will learn all about the hospitality industry, develop and sharpen leadership skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification without compromising their salary. Training will be delivered every 4‑6 weeks via face‑to‑face visits, telephone or Skype, preparing you for your End Point assessment.

As a Team Leader you support the Restaurant General Manager, lead and develop a diverse team, and manage the restaurant as if it were your own.
- People: care about team members’ personal growth, development and support them in the right way to do things.
- Guest: train the team to be guest‑first, deliver accurate hot meals with a friendly smile, and address any guest issue promptly.
- Chicken Sales: help the RGM plan and execute sales opportunities, set sales goals, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Operations: analyse business reports, control costs, manage cash handling, and keep the restaurant fully stocked.
- Administration: assist the RGM with daily paperwork and maintain waste minimisation.
