Gastronomy Restaurants Ltd | KFC franchise partner is seeking a Regional Coach to lead 3–4 Area Coaches across approximately 25 restaurants in the Midlands, North West and North Wales. You’ll travel regularly within your patch to support teams and drive performance.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll shape the regional strategy, own the region’s P&L, grow sales and improve guest experience while building a strong leadership pipeline for sustained growth across the network.
