We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Directors.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across a diverse and growing business.

The Role Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office.
From managing complex diaries and coordinating travel to supporting business projects and overseeing key administrative responsibilities, you'll provide first-class executive support while maintaining complete professionalism and confidentiality.
You'll enjoy working at pace, be confident managing multiple priorities, anticipate the needs of the Directors and use your initiative to ensure things run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Provide proactive day-to-day support to the Directors.
Manage complex diaries, meetings and appointments.
Coordinate UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
Review emails, correspondence and documentation, responding where appropriate.
Prepare reports, presentations and business documents.
Organise internal meetings, events and hospitality.
Attend meetings, take minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
Support ongoing business projects and initiatives.
Liaise with suppliers, property agents and external stakeholders.
Assist with the administration of the Directors' residential property portfolio.
Manage expenses, contracts and key administrative processes, including fleet, mobile phones and healthcare arrangements.
Provide wider administrative support across the business as required.
What We're Looking For You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support at executive level.
Ideally you'll have: Previous experience supporting Directors or senior executives.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication.
Exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, One Drive and Share Point.
The ability to prioritise competing demands and remain calm under pressure.
A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
Confidence working independently and using your initiative.
