Develop strategic relationships with a large portfolio of franchisees throughout the European BMU with the key aim of growing and strengthening franchise business capability and influencing partners to drive growth
Position has direct impact on franchise area revenue and operations
- Number of Restaurants: 100 - 150
Franchisees: 10+
NB: Travel into Europe, Turkey and Caucasus - franchisee size will influence total span

- Promote Yum!’s How We Win Together principles acting as a role model and providing leadership and coaching to franchisees. Lead and support programs to bring to life an RSC that Lives and Breathes Restaurant Operations
- Lead and review with franchisees to ensure optimal structures, systems, people and processes are in place to drive organisational effectiveness, efficiency and results
- Lead and assist Franchisees with the fundamentals of Yum! systems
- Lead and analyze franchisee data and share analyses with franchisees to maximize Pizza Hut Europe’s World Class Operating framework. Lead compliance around operating standards including ACE, Dragontail, HutBot, GES, Power BI and training systems
- Support Franchisees in maximizing sales including hospitality, speed of service and customer experience standards, performance and initiatives
- Support franchises to build a profitable business model through assisting in regular reviews, coaching and training
Manage performance with franchisees including the ACE escalation processes - Lead the prompt resolution of issues that may or have caused negative impact in the Pizza Hut Brand
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitability, customer experience, sales and scale
- Drive ad hoc strategic projects and support cross-functional projects including NPD
- Identify and share best demonstrated practice in and between Franchisees
Co-author ops systems and processes to support the Pizza Hut Europe objectives

Qualifications
Knowledge & Skill Required
- A tertiary qualification in Business/Hospitality/Food Service is highly regarded
- Minimum of 5 years overall experience, with emphasis on leading operations in a retail and/or consumer orientated service industry; preferably in multi-outlet food/quick service restaurant environment is essential. Must have some experience with POS/restaurant tech
- Strong leadership, time management and planning skills
Sound communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced influencing and presentation skills preferable - High work ethic and ability to work without close supervision
- Must be available on weekends and nights as appropriate to the needs of the business
