About the Role

We're looking for a talented and ideas-driven Creative Designer to bring the Pizza Hut brand to life across every touchpoint.

This role will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial performance across Paid digital, social, CRM, Web & App, in-store, and franchisee communications.

You'll own the creative process end to end: from initial brief through concept development, stakeholder sign-off, and final delivery.

You'll work closely with brand, digital, media, CRM, operations, and external agency partners to develop creative solutions that are both visually impactful and strategically effective.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Campaign Creative
  • Develop high-quality creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, POS, packaging, and in-restaurant communications.
  • Translate campaign strategies and briefs into engaging, on-brand visual concepts.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, value promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Content Creation
  • Create static, motion, and video content for social media and digital channels.
  • Design engaging assets for owned and paid media platforms.
  • Support photography and video shoots, including creative direction, retouching, editing, and asset delivery.
  • Adapt creative for multiple formats, channels, and audience segments.
  • Creative Development & Innovation
  • Generate fresh ideas that keep the brand culturally relevant and visually distinctive.
  • Stay on top of design trends, creative best practices, emerging technologies, and social content formats.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation sessions and creative workshops.
  • End-to-End Creative Project Management
  • Own the full creative lifecycle for assigned projects - from brief intake and timeline planning through production, review cycles, and final delivery.
  • Use project management tools/workflows to plan, track deliverables and keep multiple stakeholders aligned on status and deadlines.
  • Balance and prioritise, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising creative quality.
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management
  • Collaborate closely with marketing managers, agencies, franchisee teams, and external partners.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Present creative concepts confidently and professionally to senior stakeholders, articulating the strategic rationale behind design decisions and incorporating feedback constructively.
  • Prepare polished presentation materials (decks, mood boards, mock-ups) that clearly communicate creative direction and campaign impact.
  • Brand Governance
  • Act as a guardian of the brand's visual identity.
  • Support the development and evolution of creative guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.
  • Ensure consistency across UK and local market executions.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 3–5 years' experience in a creative design role, ideally within retail, hospitality, FMCG, QSR, or consumer brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design across digital and print media.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects).
  • Experience creating content for social media and performance marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, art direction, and visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end creative projects using project management tools, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • Photography and videography experience.
  • Motion graphics and animation capabilities.
  • Experience using Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
