Our Restaurant General Managers (RGM) bring a wealth of experience from diverse sectors such as supermarkets, pubs, high street retailers, and banks. As an RGM, you'll have the autonomy to operate your restaurant as if it were your own, focusing on enhancing performance in four crucial areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit. Your role will involve:
