Bringing it to the role:
As an Area Coach, you will provide transformational leadership and high-impact coaching for multiple restaurant teams. Your role will focus on driving performance across four key metrics – People, Customer, Sales, and Profit. This involves managing teams on the restaurant floor and conducting audits.
We\’re looking for a strategic thinker with high commercial acumen, capable of thinking beyond operational tasks. You should have a proven track record of delivering results, career progression, and exposure to broader business functions. We value ambition and a desire to pursue senior leadership roles, and we support your growth.
As an Area Coach, you will:
- Manage restaurant strategy and projects, setting challenging goals for your team.
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities within your restaurants.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews focusing on profit, people, process, and product.
