Bringing it to the role:

As an Area Coach, you will provide transformational leadership and high-impact coaching for multiple restaurant teams. Your role will focus on driving performance across four key metrics – People, Customer, Sales, and Profit. This involves managing teams on the restaurant floor and conducting audits.

We\’re looking for a strategic thinker with high commercial acumen, capable of thinking beyond operational tasks. You should have a proven track record of delivering results, career progression, and exposure to broader business functions. We value ambition and a desire to pursue senior leadership roles, and we support your growth.

As an Area Coach, you will:

  1. Manage restaurant strategy and projects, setting challenging goals for your team.
  2. Identify and unlock growth opportunities within your restaurants.
  3. Conduct quarterly business reviews focusing on profit, people, process, and product.
  4. Oversee the recruitment process to attract talent who embody our core values: smart, heart, courage.
  5. Develop talent in your area, identify future leaders, and promote retention, showing candidates that KFC is a great place to work.
