You’ll work closely with Area Coaches to ensure fair, compliant practices across restaurants and coach leaders through absence, probation, performance and complex employee relations matters.
This field-based role is hands-on, spending time in restaurants to turn policy into practical action and to grow capable leaders that drive engagement and performance.
