About the Role

The People & Culture Business Partner will support our operations team in the field. You will report directly to the People Operations Director and lead two People Capability Coaches. The role covers roughly 50 restaurants and an average of 2,000 staff. In this position you will partner with on‑ground leaders to align organisational and functional strategies, coach managers and staff across the employee life cycle, and drive key organisational‑development priorities in Talent Development, Reward and Employee Engagement.

What You Will Spend Your Time Doing

  • Strategic Partnering: Ensure the effectiveness of restaurant teams through organisational design, coaching, L&D and reward initiatives. Design and execute talent, capability and engagement strategies for the field operations team. Act as a thought partner for talent management, building a pipeline of future leaders and cultivating a performance‑growth culture. Lead employee engagement and recognition strategy to nurture high‑performing teams. Provide guidance and support on P&C programs, policies and practices. Offer guidance, counselling and training on employee relations issues to minimise risk. Line‑manage People Capability Coaches.
  • Employee Champion: Build strong relationships with leaders across the region and advise on all elements of the employee lifecycle. Embed new ways of working, policies and practices that maximise productivity. Coach staff to deliver exceptional performance and support talent mobility.
  • Change Agent: Thought partnership on the evolution of the people strategy. Work cross‑functionally to design industry‑leading people practices. Ensure foundations for all people & culture processes meet legislative compliance.
