ABOUT THE ROLE

The Payroll Administrator role sits within a team of 5, working in a fast-paced, customer support focused environment.

We work together to provide a Shared Service Centre that is efficient, effective, professional and value adding.

  • WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING
  • Manage two salaried payrolls, processing starters, leavers, promotions, tax code updates, working hour changes, court orders and statutory leave.
  • Produce validation and exception reports to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Verify right-to-work documentation for new employees and support Home Office compliance.
  • Issue employee offer packs and contracts through

Docu Sign.

  • Prepare costing reports and process payroll journals.
  • Administer pensions and third-party payments
  • Reconcile payroll-related accounts.
  • Provide exceptional payroll support to all employees.

  • Proactive in introducing efficiencies.
