ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll be at the heart of shaping and improving our supply chain, leading projects that make a real impact on quality, reliability and cost. From bringing exciting new and promotional products to life, to driving our sustainability ambitions and building a more inclusive supplier network, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver better results across the entire value chain.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead and coordinate supply chain projects from idea through to delivery, ensuring they create meaningful impact and are delivered on time.
- Balance quality, supply continuity and cost to achieve the best outcomes for both the business and our customers.
- Drive continuous improvement across our end-to-end supply chain, identifying smarter and more efficient ways of working.
- Support the commercialisation of new and promotional products, helping to bring innovation to market successfully.
- Champion our sustainability journey and work closely with suppliers to create a more resilient and inclusive supply base.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, collaboration and stakeholder buy-in at every stage.
WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING
- Effective program management for agile prioritisation of high impact business initiatives.
- Efficient resource management to maximise commercial value and benefit.
- Risk management across the food, pack and equipment supply base.
- Provide input into overall SCM strategies and plans, including logistics, planning, projects, asset procurement/supply.
- Integrate projects and initiatives to overall delivery of supply chain goals.
- Cascade category-specific inflation outlooks to key stakeholders across markets ensuring clear understanding of underlying data, drivers, and business implications.
- Develop and maintain a KPI scorecard system to track performance for projects.
- Project life‑cycle management.
- Drive can‑do & breakthrough mindset within Project teams, to ensure teamwork across the entire stakeholder group.
- Support the supply chain digitisation strategy in alignment with Yum! Global.
- Support and enable the integration of various Yum! brands in Europe to deliver a commercial competitive advantage.
- Ensure projects are completed on time with effective hand‑over.
- Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives for supply chain processes.
- Maintain good project stakeholder engagement.

WHAT WE LOVE FROM YOU:
EXPERIENCE
- Min 8 - 10 Years’ Supply Chain related experience with a minimum of 3 years at a management level.
- Demonstrated understanding of the key drivers that enable responsiveness & agility in the supply chain.
- Strong project management with a track record of delivering high impact projects.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen.
- Ideally possess experience in formal project management.
SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long‑term plans and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
