Welcome to Taco Bell. At Taco Bell UK (part of Yum! Brands), we’re here to shake things up. We think differently. We move fast. We test, learn, iterate, and then go bigger. You’ll report directly to our CMO for UK & Europe, who’ll back you, coach you, and champion your growth. You’ll work in a flat, high-visibility set-up, with access to senior leaders locally and globally, and the freedom to make things happen.

THE ROLE: WHAT YOU’LL OWN

As Brand Manager, you’ll shape Taco Bell UK’s brand and commercial success, making sure we show up loud, relevant, and impossible to ignore. You’ll be the voice of the German consumer, the guardian of the brand, and the engine behind our marketing calendar. You’ll be trusted to:

  • Build brand fame and drive footfall with bold, culturally resonant campaigns
  • Lead end-to-end national campaigns - from idea to execution to impact
  • Own the full marketing mix (ATL, BTL, POS, digital, social, partnerships)
  • Develop and manage the annual brand calendar and marketing budget
  • Work with creative, media and digital agencies to deliver A-grade work
  • Adapt global ideas, or kill them - to make sure they land locally

CULTURE, CONSUMER & COMMERCIAL IMPACT

You’ll bring deep understanding of EU culture and consumer behaviour, spot opportunities across product, messaging and activation, balance creative bravery with commercial judgement, and champion relevance — not just reach.

FRANCHISE & LOCAL ACTIVATION

You’ll support franchisees to win locally by:

  • Powering new store openings with buzz-worthy activation
  • Creating toolkits and guidance that make great local marketing easy
  • Ensuring Taco Bell shows up consistently, and unmistakably - everywhere

DIGITAL, SOCIAL & EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN

Elevate our digital and social presence, deliver a seamless brand experience across in-store, delivery and digital, and partner with tech, ops and supply chain to make ideas real - fast.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Have 4–6+ years’ experience in brand or consumer marketing
  • Have led campaigns end-to-end and managed agencies like a pro
  • Think creatively but act commercially
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Love collaboration, ownership and accountability
  • Bring energy, curiosity and a challenger mindset
  • Are fluent in English (German a bonus, not a blocker)
  • Deep understanding of Germany/youth culture
  • Ability to turn cultural insight into social-first, earned media campaign
  • Experience working with limited budgets with strong earned media mindset
  • Hands on budget management required
  • Actively engaged with brand and cultural conversations on social media

WORK HARD. PLAY HARD. GET REWARDED.

  • Hybrid working
  • Company & performance bonus
  • Generous pension (up to 11% company contribution)
  • Private healthcare (option to cover family)
  • 25 days holiday + option to buy/sell 5 days (30 days after 5 years)
  • Competitive parental leave & flexible return options
  • Wellbeing Reimbursement (gym, language lessons, vitamins - you choose)
  • Flexible benefits: dental, health screening, gym discounts

We’re not looking for a safe pair of hands. We’re looking for a marketing rebel, someone with sharp creative instincts, commercial firepower, and a restless drive to grow brand fame. Someone who doesn’t just like tacos… They live for culture, crave growth, and want to build a brand that refuses to blend in. Sound like you – then go on…? Apply now. Bring your boldest ideas. Leave the beige at the door.
