Salary Range: ÂŁ54,106.00 to ÂŁ81,159.00 annually + bonus eligibility (8% of Annual Salary) + benefits.

Responsibilities:
- We arenât looking for candidates. We are looking for a marketing rebel, who has a unique combination of strong creative thinking and a commercial mindset, with a restless drive to grow brand awareness.
- You will report directly to our CMO of UK & Europe who will be there to champion and coach you to success.
- This role is responsible for working and developing the marketing calendar to deliver culturally resonant creative work and will work closely with the EU Marketing Team to support franchisees with market activation.
- You will be the German consumer voice within the Europe Marketing organisation and will partner with crossâfunctional teams to ensure consistent, highâimpact brand execution.
The DayâtoâDay:
- Be the strategic and commercial business owner to deliver a marketing strategy that superâcharges our retail footfall to our restaurants and grows our brand perception.
- You will lead key national campaigns from defining phase to execution to create big ideas that will scale the fame of the brand over time.
- You will have the opportunity to work on below and aboveâtheâline campaigns, managing creative agency partners and influencing stakeholders.
- Develop the annual brand calendar with support from the EU Marketing Team, locally relevant creative execution across all channels for the German market.
- Manage creative, media and digital agencies to deliver highâquality, culturally relevant work.
- Bring deep understanding of German culture and consumer behaviour to shape brand strategy.
- Support franchisees with local store marketing, new store openings and activation planning.
- Elevate YUM!'s digital presence in collaboration with digital and social teams.
Qualifications:
- 4â6+ years in brand management or consumer marketing.
- Experience managing endâtoâend campaigns and external agencies.
- Strong cultural understanding of Germany.
- Creative thinker with strong commercial judgement.
- Collaborative, energetic and comfortable working across markets.
