Pizza Hut International is seeking a strategic and technically strong MarTech Sr. Manager to enable scalable, data-driven customer engagement and personalization across Canada, UK, France, and Germany. Based in the Pizza Hut London, UK RSC, this role will act as a key enabler of regional MarTech capability partnering across Marketing, Data, Digital, Product, and external vendors to drive the adoption, standardization, and maturity of CRM and customer data practices.

This individual will play a critical role in advancing Pizza Hut’s use of first-party data to power lifecycle marketing, personalization, and customer growth. The ideal candidate combines deep MarTech and CRM expertise with strong project management and analytical skills. They will own and evolve core capabilities across CRM platforms, CDPs, and data ecosystems, helping markets unlock more sophisticated segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalized customer experiences at scale.
