About the role

As a People Capability Coach you will partner with Area Coaches and RGMs to drive people strategy, coach leaders and help teams grow across the region. It’s a hands‑on role that blends HR know‑how with real‑world training, all focused on unlocking potential and making KFC a great place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders – Work hand‑in‑hand with Area Coaches and RGMs to drive all people initiatives in your area.
  • Shape the people strategy – Build clear, actionable people plans for each restaurant that deliver measurable impact.

  • Drive training – Own training delivery in your region, ensuring it is practical and impactful.
