Role Description
We are recruiting a Property & Lettings Specialist to support the growth of our residential portfolio by sourcing and securing tenants, arranging and conducting viewings, and assessing new prospective properties and projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lettings process, acting as the on-the-ground representative of the business for tenants and funding partners. The role combines operational execution with relationship management and requires someone who is highly organised, personable, and comfortable working independently. You will play an important role in shaping how we manage properties, tenants, and viewings as we scale with this new round of funding.
What The Job Involves
- Tenant sourcing and lettings management
- Marketing available properties and sourcing prospective tenants through Zoopla, Rightmove and online campaigns
- Managing inbound tenant enquiries and liaising with lead underwriter to qualify applicants
- Arranging, coordinating, and conducting property viewings
- Being available for viewings two Saturdays per month
- Supporting the tenant onboarding process through to move-in
- Property visits and site assessments
- Visiting new prospective properties and sites
- Conducting initial property assessments and reporting findings
- Liaising with agents and partners during site visits
- Providing feedback to internal teams to support acquisition decisions
- Relationship management and coordination
- Acting as a point of contact for tenants during the viewing and onboarding process
- Coordinating with internal Operations and Property teams
- Ensuring a high-quality, professional tenant experience
- Maintaining accurate records of viewings, tenants, and property status
- Process improvement and support
- Identifying opportunities to improve lettings and viewing processes
- Supporting the development of best practices as the portfolio grows
- Representing the company professionally at all times on-site
Eligibility Criteria
- Previous experience in residential lettings, property management, mortgage brokerage or real estate (agent, negotiator, or similar role)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and viewings
- Confident, professional, and personable communication style
- Comfortable conducting property visits independently
- Willingness and flexibility to work two Saturdays per month for viewings
- Proactive, hands-on mindset suited to a fast-growing startup environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
