We're looking for a
Marketing Manager to join our Team!
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Team.
Working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping drive the continued growth of Keyzo by generating qualified opportunities for our Commercial Team through high-impact, one-to-many marketing activity.
This is a genuinely hands-on role for an experienced B2B marketing generalist who enjoys variety and thrives on seeing the direct commercial impact of their work.
We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable planning and delivering lead generation campaigns, managing our website, creating engaging content, organising exhibitions, analysing marketing performance, producing product videos and continually looking for new ways to improve our marketing effectiveness.
No two days will look the same.
One day you may be launching a new marketing campaign, the next updating website content following a product release, producing a customer case study, creating a product demonstration video to go out or analysing campaign performance within Hub Spot and Google Analytics.
We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership, enjoys working at pace and understands that great marketing is about generating meaningful engagement that creates qualified opportunities for our Commercial Team.
What you'll be doing
As a member of the Commercial Team, the Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with the wider business under the direction of the Chief Commercial Officer to execute our marketing plan, strengthen the Keyzo brand and deliver marketing activity that supports our ambitious commercial growth.
The successful candidate will take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activity, ensuring every campaign, piece of content, website update and customer touchpoint contributes towards generating qualified opportunities for our Commercial Team.
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, can balance being proactive with the need to be reactive, highly organised and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst remaining agile enough to respond quickly when priorities must shift.
The Marketing Manager will act with reliability, maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to all Company policies and procedures and be a champion of our Company Values at all times.
The accountabilities for this role include
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Working with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop and deliver integrated one-to-many marketing campaigns that generate qualified opportunities for the Commercial Team.
- Translating commercial objectives into measurable marketing activity.
- Planning and delivering campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
- Continually reviewing campaign performance and recommending improvements to maximise lead generation and return on investment.
- Researching and implementing new marketing ideas, technologies and AI tools that improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.
- Website & Digital Marketing
- Taking ownership of the Keyzo website, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, commercially focused and up to date.
- Proactively managing website content to reflect new product features, customer success stories, industry developments and business priorities rather than simply reacting to requests.
- Continually improving website performance, SEO, GEO, user experience and conversion rates.
- Managing paid advertising campaigns, landing pages and digital marketing activity.
- Managing email marketing campaigns, marketing automation and customer nurture journeys using Hub Spot.
- Monitoring website traffic, campaign performance and user behaviour using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Content Creation & Brand Management
- Producing engaging content including blogs, customer success stories, case studies, newsletters, press releases and product literature.
- Creating engaging social media content that supports both brand awareness and lead generation.
- Producing basic promotional videos, software demonstrations and multimedia content for use across our website, social media and marketing campaigns.
- Supporting new product launches and feature releases with coordinated marketing activity.
- Ensuring consistency of the Keyzo brand across all customer touchpoints.
- Social Media & Community Engagement
- Managing the Company's social media presence across all platforms.
- Developing and maintaining a proactive content calendar.
- Planning content in advance whilst remaining agile enough to respond quickly to customer success stories, product releases, industry news and commercial priorities.
- Growing engagement, followers and inbound enquiries through consistent, high-quality content.
- Events & Commercial Support
- Organising and attending exhibitions, networking and partner events.
- Managing all event logistics including stands, branded materials, travel arrangements and budgets.
- Supporting lead generation activities at exhibitions and events.
- Producing marketing collateral that supports our Commercial Team throughout the sales process.
- Researching new events, partnerships and speaking opportunities that support our growth strategy.
- Marketing Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, lead generation, website performance and marketing return on investment.
- Managing marketing reporting through Hub Spot, Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Continually identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement and lead conversion.
- Keeping up to date with emerging marketing trends, AI technologies and industry best practice.
