This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager, based in the UK. The individual will be responsible for sourcing work for our family of UK based videogame studios. As part of the Create BD team, you’ll play a key role in defining Keyword’s excellence in game making while being a responsible, visible partner in our exciting industry.
- Ignite and guide the relationships between our studios and clients.
- From sourcing, proposal building, and negotiation to issue resolution.
- Seek and maintain relationships with the entire gaming industry.
- Find new avenues and opportunities for our Create Studios.
- Uphold quality in our responses and communications as well as owning the RFP responses of our studios.
- Nurture our existing development relationships.
- Communicate clearly and transparently, keeping the wider teams informed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for the gaming world and be an active member of our industry. 3 or more years' experience selling in the entertainment and/or video games industry. Strong understanding of game development, market trends, industry dynamics and current industry landscape.
