Role overview
Become the gaming community's rockstar as our Community Manager! Engage players on social media, create epic content, and be their voice towards the Dev team behind their favourite game. Your suggestions will level up the gaming experience and make the community grow stronger every day!
What are we looking for?
- Communication: Review all incoming community interactions on various social media platforms and respond promptly to player queries and comments, ensuring their voices are heard and valued. Showcase your creativity by crafting engaging content for social media that captivates and excites the gaming community. Apply your moderation skills to maintain discussions and comments in line with community guidelines, fostering a positive and respectful environment.
- Analytics: Keep meticulous records and create comprehensive reports as needed, providing valuable insights to support community growth.
- Leadership: Embrace your role as a community caretaker, ensuring the game community remains safe, friendly, and welcoming for all players. Bring your passion and innovation to the table by proactively suggesting new initiatives to grow and nurture the gaming community.
- Business: Work closely with developers, forwarding them important player feedback and issues, to contribute to constant improvements in the gaming experience.
You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Mastery in C1-C2 level Japanese language proficiency, with English at B2 level or higher.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills to connect with players and team members effectively.
