About the Role
KeyTracker is looking for an experienced Customer Sales Executive to join our growing sales and marketing team. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a driven, people-focused sales professional who is equally comfortable managing accounts from our vibrant open-plan office and engaging directly with clients face-to-face meetings.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of prospects and accounts, blending inbound enquiry management, targeted outreach, and hands-on customer visits to introduce KeyTracker’s industry-leading solutions to the organisations that need them most. There is no hard selling here — your success will come from polite consistency, expert product knowledge, and building trusted, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
You will be responsible for identifying and approaching qualified prospective customers from facilities managers and logistics operations to prestigious estates and blue-light services ensuring they understand the full value of our products. Equally important is nurturing existing accounts, keeping clients delighted, and helping to maintain our outstanding high ranking Trustpilot reputation.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Customer Sales Executive, your day-to-day will include managing inbound enquiries and converting leads, conducting targeted outreach via email and direct customer visits, growing and managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, delivering consultative product demonstrations to key decision-makers, and ensuring existing customers remain engaged, satisfied, and well supported.
