Requirements

  • Professional fluency in French and English, with French proficiency at CEFR C1 or C2 level.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
  • A minimum bachelor's degree; a master's degree, PhD, or equivalent postgraduate research qualification is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates from a range of academic backgrounds are welcome, ideally in mathematics, science, computer science, business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Early-career applicants are welcome and prior professional experience is not required.
  • Strong technical aptitude and excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training to clients and software implementation partners.
  • Develop and maintain standard training programmes.
  • Update existing training content to reflect new software features.
  • Assess training needs and carry out learning needs analyses based on business processes.
  • Support the full training and development lifecycle for Oracle EPM and OneStream implementations.
  • Design curricula and deliver training for international financial transformation projects.
  • Keep up to date with new software functionality, implementation best practices, and product roadmaps.
  • Provide training support to francophone companies and international project teams.
