Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training to clients and software implementation partners.
- Develop and maintain standard training programmes.
- Update existing training content to reflect new software features.
- Assess training needs and carry out learning needs analyses based on business processes.
- Support the full training and development lifecycle for Oracle EPM and OneStream implementations.
- Design curricula and deliver training for international financial transformation projects.
- Keep up to date with new software functionality, implementation best practices, and product roadmaps.
- Provide training support to francophone companies and international project teams.
