Overview: We are currently supporting a private healthcare organisation in building out a new product team, centred around a consumer-facing web application. This is a genuinely greenfield opportunity to shape a modern, product-led platform with a strong emphasis on design quality, usability, and end-user experience. The organisation operates in a regulated environment and is investing in creating a best-in-class digital product. This role will play a key part in shaping the look, feel, and usability of a data-rich, customer-facing application. You will be responsible for translating brand and product requirements into scalable, consistent design outputs, working closely with engineering teams to bring them to life. This is a permanent role, with a primarily remote setup and occasional collaboration in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate brand guidelines into a cohesive design system, including tokens and reusable component libraries
  • Design intuitive user experiences across a complex, data-rich web application
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance usability and visual quality
