Keystream is working with a growing organisation in the healthcare and diagnostics space that is building out a brand-new digital product team focused on delivering a consumer-facing web application. This is not an internal systems or enterprise IT role. The organisation is investing heavily in a modern, product-led digital platform focused on user experience, scalability, and long-term product growth.
They are looking for a Senior Digital Team Lead to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams end-to-end and help shape the future direction of the platform from both a technical and leadership perspective.
The Role: This is a genuine leadership role with direct line management responsibility, rather than a hands-off technical lead position. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of a greenfield, customer-facing web product within a modern Microsoft cloud environment, working closely with engineering, UX/UI, and wider stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering high-quality B2C or customer-facing digital products and will understand how to balance technical delivery with usability, scalability, and customer experience.
