The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are seeking a PMO Administrator to join a programme delivery team and provide essential administrative support across a range of projects and workstreams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys keeping projects running efficiently and ensuring teams have the information and support they need to deliver successfully.

Working closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers and PMO colleagues, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing calendars, preparing agendas and meeting packs, taking and distributing minutes, and ensuring actions are accurately tracked and followed up.

You will also support the maintenance of project documentation, reports, plans and governance artefacts, helping to ensure information remains accurate, up to date and readily accessible.
