Are you an experienced Interim NHS Clinical Workforce & Medical Staffing manager (8a/b) with the ability to support an NHS Acute provider with medical workforce projects, CIP, planning and productivity goals?

Are you used to working closely within the operational teams but alongside senior nursing and management teams to support clinical workforce productivity improvement plans, workforce planning, rotas and associated temporary staffing needs in order to support the delivery of a challenging CIP programme but with no impact on patient care?

If so, I may have a very interesting role to discuss and would love to hear from you. This is an initial 3 month interim post with likelihood of further extensions. Outside IR35. Band circa 8a/b - rate £280 - £360 per day dependant on experience.

Based in the South Central region with Hybrid working but an onsite presence (2 - 3 days a week) is required.
