About the Role
We are working with a forward-thinking health and social care organisation to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical digital transformation programme. This role will take ownership of the selection, migration and implementation of a core care recording and scheduling system, a key platform underpinning frontline service delivery. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the right solution is selected, successfully implemented, and optimised to support high-quality, efficient care services. Reporting into senior Digital & Data leadership, you'll work across operational, digital and care stakeholders to deliver a system that directly improves outcomes for both staff and service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the selection, migration and implementation of a care records system, ensuring alignment with organisational needs.
- Translate business requirements into system solutions, supporting system selection and supplier engagement.
- Develop and maintain robust project documentation (plans, business cases, RAID logs, reporting).
- Track progress against milestones.
