Overview
Keystream is supporting our client in the recruitment of a Senior Support Analyst with strong Unit4 (Agresso) expertise to join a busy Technology & Digital team during a significant period of transformation.
This role will act as the technical lead for the clients Unit4 ERP platform, providing specialist support, administration, configuration and continuous improvement across a business-critical system supporting finance and operational services.
The Role
You will serve as the Unit4 subject matter expert, ensuring the platform remains stable, secure and aligned with business requirements whilst supporting future improvements and transformation initiatives.
Working closely with Product Managers, Finance teams, users and third-party suppliers, you will play a key role in maintaining service quality, delivering enhancements and supporting ongoing change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide second and third-line support for Unit4 ERP (Agresso).
Manage administration, configuration, permissions and access controls.
Support upgrades, patches, releases and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot application, performance and data-related issues.
Work with suppliers to resolve complex incidents and problems.
Support testing, change management and service transition activities.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Identify opportunities for operational and service improvement.
Support wider transformation and digital initiatives involving Unit4 and associated applications.
Engage with stakeholders across Technology, Finance and operational teams.
Essential Experience
Strong hands-on experience supporting and administering Unit4 ERP (Agresso).
Experience managing system configuration, permissions, monitoring and access controls.
Proven application support experience within a complex enterprise environment.
