Keystream is working with a growing organisation in the healthcare and diagnostics space that is building out a brand-new digital product team focused on delivering a consumer-facing web application. This is not an internal systems or enterprise IT role. The organisation is investing heavily in a modern, product-led digital platform focused on user experience, scalability, and long-term product growth.

The Role:

  • This is a genuine leadership role with direct line management responsibility, rather than a hands-off technical lead position.
  • You will be responsible for leading the delivery of a greenfield, customer-facing web product within a modern Microsoft cloud environment, working closely with engineering, UX/UI, and wider stakeholders across the business.
  • The successful candidate will have experience delivering high-quality B2C or customer-facing digital products and will understand how to balance technical delivery with usability, scalability, and customer experience.
