Keystream are looking to recruit an ICT Service Fulfilment /Service Delivery Officer for an NHS client. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering £200 - £225 per day - Inside IR35.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery and continuous improvement of ICT service fulfilment across the organisation, ensuring a high-quality, responsive, and process-driven service. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the post holder will manage end-to-end service requests via IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy), ensuring timely fulfilment in line with agreed service levels and organisational priorities.
The role has lead responsibility for ICT asset and inventory management, overseeing the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including procurement, goods receipt, secure storage, stock control, and distribution. This includes managing ICT procurement and order processes, working closely with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing and continuity of supply.
The post holder will coordinate logistics and stock control activities across multiple sites, ensuring efficient allocation and delivery of ICT equipment, while maintaining accurate asset records and audit trails. Through robust reporting and data analysis (e.g. Excel and ITSM reporting tools), they will monitor performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
