Interim Head of Human Resources - Government London/Hybrid - 6 months - £650 per day+ inside IR35 A public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Human Resources to join its senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a trusted adviser on all people and resourcing matters, providing strategic and operational HR leadership during a period of organisational change. This interim appointment has been created to help the organisation manage an increased demand for services while addressing a shortage of senior HR resource. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the organisation has the people capability and capacity required to deliver its objectives. Key Requirements: Proven experience of leading and supporting organisations through change management, with expertise across a broad range of people-related issues. A strong track record of partnering with senior leadership teams in a generalist HR capacity, building trusted relationships and operating with the highest levels of integrity, confidentiality, judgement and credibility.
