Keystream are looking to recruit an ICT Service Fulfilment /Service Delivery Officer for an NHS client. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering £200-225 per day - Inside IR35.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery and continuous improvement of ICT service fulfilment across the organisation, ensuring a high-quality, responsive, and process-driven service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end service requests via IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy), ensuring timely fulfilment in line with agreed service levels and organisational priorities.
- Leading responsibility for ICT asset and inventory management, overseeing the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including procurement, goods receipt, secure storage, stock control, and distribution.
- Coordinating logistics and stock control activities across multiple sites, ensuring efficient allocation and delivery of ICT equipment, while maintaining accurate asset records and audit trails.
- Managing ICT procurement and order processes, working closely with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing and continuity of supply.
- Monitoring performance through robust reporting and data analysis (e.g. Excel and ITSM reporting tools), identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision making.
Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders is essential for this role.
